Dedicated to Our Community
The Auxiliary Board is a committed group of community leaders and advocates who serve as the governing body for Connestee Fire Rescue Auxiliary. Guided by our mission, they volunteer their time and skills to provide strategic oversight, ensure financial accountability, and champion our cause.
Boosted by community financial support and caring volunteers, the CFR Auxiliary was chartered in 1978 and is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Working together Fire Fighters and the Auxiliary built the strong foundation for thefirefighting, rescue and emergency medical operations existng today. The Auxiliary supports CRF through its annual donation campaign and sponsorship of community events.
What it Cost to Equip a Fireman?
The Auxiliary provides supplemental funds to acquire lifesaving equipment, technologically advanced tools and training essential to pursue the Highest Standards of Readiness and Safety.
Since 1978, CFRA has raised and invested over $1.2 million in specialized, lifesaving and operationally effective equipment in addition to funding for professional development and certification training.

Our services directly benefit the residents and businesses in Brevard by providing resources for enhanced training and additional equipment, ensuring first-class fire and rescue services are always available.

Serving a Diversified District
CFRA stands out by serving all residents and visitors of the Hwy 276 South corridor, from Rick Brook Camp to the Cedar Mountain Post Office. Our widely diversified district includes popular recreation areas, a challenging landscape, and over 3,000 structures.
