Auxiliary Mission Statement

“To support financially the efforts of those

who provide fire protection and rescue services

for Connestee Fire District.”

Dedicated to Our Community

The Auxiliary Board is a committed group of community leaders and advocates who serve as the governing body for Connestee Fire Rescue Auxiliary. Guided by their mission, they volunteer their time and skills to provide strategic oversight, ensure financial accountability, and champion our cause.

Boosted by caring volunteers and community financial support, the CFR Auxiliary was chartered in 1978 and is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Working together, Fire Fighters and the Auxiliary built the strong foundation for the firefighting, rescue and emergency medical operations existing today. The Auxiliary supports CRF through its annual donation campaign and sponsorship of community events.

The Cost to Equip a Fireman.

The Auxiliary provides supplemental funds to acquire lifesaving equipment, technologically advanced tools and the training essential to pursue the Highest Standards of Readiness and Safety.  Since 1978, CFRA has raised and invested over $1.2 million in specialized, lifesaving and operationally effective equipment in addition to funding for professional development and certification training.
